Invoicing & Payment
Currency: All transactions for products and services provided by Growtheria through the website growtheria.com shall be conducted in Romanian Lei (RON).
Product Purchases: Products can be purchased directly from the website. By placing an order, the client agrees to pay the specified price at the time of purchase.
Service Payments: Services rendered by Growtheria will be invoiced to the client. The client is required to review the invoices issued by Growtheria before proceeding with payment.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made either via direct bank transfer or credit/debit card (Mastercard or Visa through Unicredit Bank).
The client agrees to use the payment details provided by Growtheria through mutually agreed means of communication.

Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding an invoice, the client must notify Growtheria in writing within 5 days of receipt of the invoice. Any disputed amounts shall not be considered overdue until the dispute has been resolved.

Modification of Terms: Growtheria reserves the right to modify these payment terms at any time, with such changes being communicated to the client through the website or other mutually agreed means of communication.

Resolving Disputes & Applicable Law
